Photoactivation of GFP in Fibroblast Cell

This Mosaic video shows the photoactivation of GFP (green fluorescent protein) in multiple regions of interests in a fibroblast cell.

The images were acquired in real time using Andor’s active illumination system. This video was captured during a Physiology Course at Woods Hole.
