Valdor Fiber Optics Completes Distribution Deal with NNE Construction

The Board of Directors of Valdor Technology International Inc. (“Valdor”) (TSX: VTI) is pleased to report that Valdor Fiber Optics, Inc. has completed a Distribution Agreement with NNE Construction, Inc.(“NNE”).

An initial purchase order has been delivered. Located in Elko, Nevada, the heart of the USA mining industry, NNE has been in the mine servicing business for over 20 years and is dedicated to the distribution and installation of quality fiber optic products for the mining industry.

NNE’s customers include many of the major mining companies operating in the USA. Upon qualification of Valdor’s Impact Mount™ line of products, NNE will begin the marketing and sales phase with several of Nevada’s largest mining companies. NNE manages major fiber cable installation projects where Valdor’s field installable kits, connectors, service and cable enclosures (with miniature SP connectors) can be used. Valdor’s technology does not require epoxy, gel or electricity; this will enhance the fiber optic installation for any location in open pit and underground mines.
