Changing of Fluorescence Filters by Optical Tweezers from JPK Instruments

This video shows the changing of fluorescence filters by optical tweezers from JPK Instruments. The possibility of changing the fluorescence filter during the trap manipulation is clearly shown. The traps created are arranged in a clock like pattern. A clock is generated by increasing the dwell time of the multiplexed laser up to one second.

Thus by changing the fluorescence filter cubes in the NanoTracker does not influence the traps position or their capability of catching beads.
