St. Jude Medical Signs Acquisition Agreement with LightLab Imaging

St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE:STJ), a global medical device company, and LightLab Imaging, Inc. today announced a definitive agreement under which St. Jude Medical will acquire LightLab, a subsidiary of Goodman Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ: 7535) for approximately $90 million in cash.
