Hubbell Lighting Unveils Commercial Grade LED Parking Garage and Canopy Luminaire—the Beacon Products’ Orbeon

Hubbell Lighting, a world leader in lighting innovation, announced today that it has launched a compact, yet powerful, commercial grade LED parking garage and canopy luminaire—the Beacon Products’ Orbeon. Lighting represents up to 60% of a typical parking structure utility bill. With Beacon Products’ Orbeon and optional Beaconnect Lighting Control technology, the cost can be reduced by up to 80%.

Denver and Detroit Airports Win Lighting Energy Efficient Awards with Eaton’s LED Lighting Solution

Power management company Eaton announced that the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Alliance’s Lighting Energy Efficient in Parking (LEEP) Campaign recognized the Denver International Airport (DIA) and Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) for upgrading its parking garage lighting with Eaton’s light-emitting diode (LED) luminaires.
