The Laser Focus World Innovators Awards celebrate outstanding innovation in optics and photonics for the engineering industry. Each year, the program recognizes companies, designers, and innovators who contribute to technological advancement through creative and impactful design. The 2025 honorees were selected based on votes from the global engineering community as well as evaluations by a qualified panel of judges appointed by the Laser Focus World editorial team.
The SLM-310 is a spatial light modulator for high-power lasers, capable of handling laser power up to 1 kW. When integrated into laser processing systems, it enables improved machining precision, minimized thermal effects, efficient beam shaping for high-speed processing, and advanced multi-beam control.
