These latest 25 µm "Red Dot" RCLEDs deliver a 33% increase in optical output power compared to previous generation devices under the same forward current and voltage conditions (If = 5 mA, Vf = 2.1 V), offering industry-leading efficiency without sacrificing footprint or compatibility. Ideal for battery-powered systems, the enhanced efficiency translates directly into longer operational life and superior beam clarity.

Available in two robust black surface mount packages - a 2.1 mm x 2.1 mm square SMD and a compact 1.5 mm x 1.6 mm SMD - these RCLEDs incorporate Marktech's proprietary black encapsulation technology. This advanced packaging eliminates internal reflections and optical defects, ensuring a crisp, well-defined circular point source ideal for the most demanding optical applications.
