Optical Fusion Splicer and Fibre Optic Cleaver for FTTx

LASER COMPONENTS would like to announce a new release - the FSP200 Optical Fusion Splicer with core alignment technology and the FCL200 Optical Fibre Cleaver with auto-end cut collection, made by our manufacturing partner Tempo Communications and now available for our customers.

These two products are designed to meet any FTTx installation both indoors and outdoors (can also be used for P2P installation including back-haul, cellular and LAN).  The compact fusion splicer and a precision-oriented cleaver are designed for the technician who demands premium performance and efficiency.

With the FSP200 optical fusion splicer comes the core alignment technology, with six motor performance, as well as IP52 Ingress Protection Rating which means it is water and dust resistant.  The FCL200 cleaver is designed to complement the FSP200 splicer.  It features precision engineered blades, which increases cleaving efficiency.  Cleaved fibre can remain in the adapter and moved to the splicer to optimise the splicing performance.
