ML-N Macro Lens Designed to Provide Real High Performance Alternative to CCTV Lenses

Designed to provide a real high performance alternative to CCTV lenses, Moritex has announced new additions to its ML-N Macro Lens range.

The new compact, high performance ML-N series lenses combine low cost, choice of magnification (0.1x - 1.0x) and long working distance (70 - 350mm) to enhance moving part inspection applications using cameras with up to ½-inch sensors.

Based upon many years experience of producing Machine Micro Lenses, Moritex developed a state-of-the-art non-telecentric optical system for the ML-N series that provides high resolution and low TV distortion. By limiting the number of lenses in each ML-N lens system to less than three, Moritex have succeeded in developing a high performance model at a reasonable price.

The magnification and working distances of ML-N lenses can be tailored to exactly suit your needs through use of an optional close-up adapter. Typical applications that will benefit from the expanded ML-N Macro lens range includes food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic product labelling inspection and shape recognition applications such as circuit board inspection.
