Level 3 Communications, a provider of fiber-based communication services, has inked a deal with VoiceOnyx to offer collocation and direct Internet access services. VoiceOnyx is an Orlando-based VoIP business phone company.
VoiceOnyx offers business phone services for small-to-medium size businesses all over Florida. Level 3’s services will enable VoiceOnyx to serve the customers better through higher bandwidth capacity. The services of Level 3 will also allow VoiceOnyx to combine disaster recovery and business continuity planning solutions for the customers.
VoiceOnyx’ President and CTO, Jonathon Warren stated that working with Level 3 would support the company’s growth, and enable it to continue offering businesses at high-level of quality and service.
Level 3’s President of Sales, Andrew Crouch commented that numerous firms rely on efficient communication services to attain the crucial business objectives.
