Aydin Displays is located in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania, (just Northwest of Philadelphia). Aydin’s facility is approximately 40,000 square feet, of which 30,000 is dedicated to the design and manufacture of military and industrial flat panel displays, and supports approximately 100 employees, including about 20 engineering professionals.
Aydin Displays was certified to ISO 9001:1994 on August 27, 1996, and then upgraded and re-certified on April 3, 2003 to ISO 9001: 2000 by KEMA-Registered Quality Inc., under the authority of the Dutch Council for certification, certificate number 11323.01. The stringent ISO 9001:2000 standard means that your product will have both quality and traceability, and that all processes and procedures used on your product are documented – which results in consistency and value. Aydin’s standard practice is in accordance with IPC-610 Rev C and J-STD 002.
Aydin employs a strict configuration control system, which allows us to maintain greater control over the quality of the products that we ship to you. On custom designs, once the product is released to production, no changes will be made to your design without prior approval by you. You will therefore get no surprises as you go to integrate our product into your systems, and you can rely on our product to perform consistently, no matter when it is built and delivered.
