One of the hallmarks of our expertise is the manufacture of tight toleranced GLASS BALL OPTICS. These optical balls can be used as a lens in itself, can be compressed into a high quality asphere, or can be re-machined into a lenslet with one of the surfaces being the initial ball radius. This technique provides for inexpensive optical components that can be manufactured in large volumes, at a reasonable price, and with ultra high quality.
