AFOP Introduces MU SM Fibre Optic Loopback for High Density Adapters

Alliance Fiber Optic Products, Inc. (NASDAQ Small Cap: AFOP) is an innovative supplier of fiber optic components, subsystems, and integrated modules for the optical network equipment market. AFOP’s MU SM loopbacks features a compact housing design that allows multiple Loopbacks to be inserted side by side in 8 and 16 port High Density adapters.

These loopbacks have a maximum IL of 0.5 dB at both 1310 nm and 1550 nm windows which meets that of patchcord loopback solutions. This new Loopback is also available in various attenuation levels upon request.
