AFOP Introduces O band 200GHz DWDM for HFC Applications

AFOP announces the release of the O band 200GHz DWDM for HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) applications. This TFF (Thin Film Filter) based product can be deployed in any broadband network which combines optical fiber and coaxial cableCIt increases the downstream/upstream speed in cable TV systems as well as the flexibility of the network. The product is available in LGX form factor with 4 wavelengths total or in single channel for each individual wavelength. Its packaging provides high reliability and meets Telcordia GR1209 and GR-1221qualification.
