arcutronix's FCX Transponder Series for Efficient Optical Data Transport

arcutronix adds extra flexibility to customer networks: FCX4G and FCX10G allow any kind of optical data transport with 3R functionality from 100Mbps to 10Gbps. They cover the whole bunch of services, such as SAN interface Fibre Channel 1G, 2G, 4G, 10G, 10GFEC as well as Ethernet LAN/WAN from Fast Ethernet to 10G Ethernet, STM1, STM4, STM16, ATM, OTN, etc.

In combination with expansion card OSX8+1, users may easily realize flexible CWDM solutions. Applications range from simple point-to-point and repeater applications to as far as 180Gbps in one 19'' 3U sub-rack thus increasing solution efficiency to new heights. Based on arcutronix' system concept, customer networks can easily expand with growing demands. High initial investments in oversized infrastructures belong to the past now. Moreover, existing network applications can be easily integrated without major interruptions and permit monitoring via Management card.
