AMS Technologies Announces Availability of New Case with Fiberoptic Cleaners

AMS Technologies announces the availability of a new case with fiberoptic cleaners.

The case contains fiberoptic cleaners of NTT-AT’s Optipop series and enables the cost-efficient and compact cleaning of fiberoptic connectors and adapters in the field, at the production and in the laboratory.

The contained cleaners (reel cleaner, card cleaner, stick cleaner and pipe cleaner) feature a special microfiber tissue that removes all contaminations and secures them. The antistatic property of the Optipop series prevents static load that could bring new contamination after the cleaning.

The cleaners are used for a wide range of applications, including cleaning of fiberoptic connectors, master jumpers and 1.25mm and 2.5mm patch panel adapters.

The new cleaner case is shown at AMS Technologies stand # 119 at ECOC 2008.
