ECR 2022 Overture is the perfect event for Fujifilm to unveil its vision as the ‘one-stop’ partner of choice for healthcare systems, following the acquisition of the Hitachi Diagnostic Imaging Systems business in 2021. This creates a powerful new force in medical imaging, offering a complete and integrated portfolio of diagnostic products and services, including highly customised and advanced technologies for CT, MRI, X-ray, AI, PACS, endoscopy and ultrasound systems. Masaharu Fukumoto, Senior Vice President and Head of European Medical for FUJIFILM Europe GmbH, will be discussing this vision for the company’s strategic development in Europe – as well as the key projects that will drive the future of radiology – at 3:15 pm CET on the 4th of March.
This event will also feature insights from the very first OASIS Velocity™ customer, Dr. Lawrence Tanenbaum, Chief Technology Officer, Director of Advanced Imaging and Vice President of RadNet Inc. This high-field MRI scanner – the only truly open high-field MRI scanner with SynergyDrive™ – delivers a streamlined workflow and enhanced patient experience, combined with a unique open gantry, integrated radiofrequency (RF) coils and powerful reconstruction technologies for faster whole-body imaging. Dr. Tanenbaum will be talking about the system from both a user and patient perspective at 6:30 pm CET on the 3rd of March.
