Spectroline's OPTIMAX 400 Violet Light LED Flashlight Locates Refrigerant Leaks Easily

Spectroline's OPTIMAX™400 (P/N OPX-400CS) violet light LED flashlight is the one HVAC/R leak detection tool you'll want to carry with you all the time.

OPX-400 CS UV flashlight is battery operated, includes lanyard and is good for up to 100,000 hours of LED service

The OPTIMAX 400 is optimized for refrigerant leak detection by emitting less visible light than conventional inspection lamps so refrigerant leaks are easier to spot. That saves valuable inspection time.

At less than 6 inches long (14 cm) it's extremely compact and lightweight. This allows you to use it in tight, cramped areas that bulkier lamps just can't fit into. But even though it's small enough for you to use one-handed, doesn't mean it throws a short beam.

The OPTIMAX 400's inspection range is effective to at least 25 feet (7.6 m) and its beam is pre-focused for optimum efficiency and convenience, it never needs adjusting and works with all universal/POE dyes. It's high-output, violet light LED causes dyes to fluoresce more brilliantly and with greater contrast.

The tool's rugged, corrosion-resistant, anodized aluminum body stands up to years of heavy use. Powered by standard AAA batteries (included), the unit has a 100,000-hour LED service life. The flashlight comes with a lanyard, belt holster and fluorescence-enhancing glasses, all packaged in a full-color hanging clamshell.
