OmniGuide Surgical, a leading developer of advanced energy surgical products, today announced it has shipped more than 100,000 of its flexible fibers for the treatment of a range of debilitating diseases in areas such as Otolaryngology and Gynecology.

In the past twelve months, OmniGuide Surgical has launched innovative products into both the ENT space, with the new ELEVATETM ENT System and the Gynecology space with its new Robotic Platform. OmniGuide is leveraging the benefits of CO2 laser, known to be one of the most precise surgical cutting modalities available, to improve minimally invasive surgical outcomes. The Company believes that the use of its systems can improve a surgeon's experience in the operating room and provide better outcomes for patients. CO2 laser energy causes less damage to tissue versus other advanced energy products and surgeons are more comfortable using this energy source around critical anatomical structures.
