Axiom Rolls Out Optical Transmission Sampler for Process Analytical Technology Applications

Axiom Analytical has introduced a new optical transmission sampler that can be used with dispersive and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrometers operating in the UV-Visible and near-infrared (NIR) spectral regions.

The optical transmission sampler can accommodate cuvettes that contain samples with diverse optical path lengths offers accurate temperature control.

The FCV-150 optical transmission sampler has a sampling area that houses cuvettes with path lengths ranging between 1 to 50 mm. This combination offers swift interchange of up to a maximum of 15 samples. Utilization of fiber-optic coupling enables sample examination in a fume hood or in other places that are separated from the analyzer.

Axiom Analytical expects that the transmission sampler will be used in service and quality control labs, pharmaceutical and chemical modeling and development for process analytical technology applications.
