Axiom Analytical announced that it has rolled out a new optical transmission sampler that is compatible with dispersive and Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometers. The spectrometers function in the UV-Visible and near-infrared (NIR) regions.
The FCV-150 optical transmission sampler offers accurate temperature control and accommodates the sample that contains cuvettes with diverse optical path lengths.
The optical transmission sampler has a preheating zone and a sampling area that accommodates cuvettes with path lengths ranging from 1 - 50 mm. This combination offers swift interchange for a maximum of 15 samples. Utilization of fiber-optic coupling enables analysis of samples in a fume hood.
Axiom Analytical expects that the FCV-150 optical transmission sampler could be used in quality control labs, pharmaceutical and chemical modeling and development for process analytical technology applications.
