New AIS Military Panel PC with Built-In LCD Panel

American Industrial Systems (AIS), manufacturer of advanced industrial display products, has released a new 15” IP67 NEMA 4 Panel PC for aerospace, transportation and military applications. The Military Panel computer features an optically bonded touchscreen and a high-brightness LCD panel to deliver sharp images in outdoor applications.

The optical bonding prevents the formation of condensation between the display and touchscreen and offers optical characteristics for humid and wet conditions. The optical bonding also enhances readability in direct sunlight. The panel PC is powered using a fanless 1.6 Ghz Intel Atom processor for reliable operation and durable product life in harsh environments.

The internal components of the military-grade computer system are protected with strong aluminum alloy housing, which is resistant to corrosion. The computer system meets the Military Standard 810F specifications for vibration and anti-shock requirements. The system can be operated over a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.

The AIS Military Panel PC meets the NEMA 6/IP67 rated standards for dust and water protection.
