Established in 1995, EPIGAP Optoelektronik GmbH, the founders had more than 30 years experience in high-quality manufacturing of optoelectronic devices. A motivated team of physicists, chemists and engineers develop and manufacture chips for LEDs and photodiodes meeting the highest standard of performance, innovation and quality required by customer’s applications.
Since 1998 Epigap has been ISO 9001 certified.
Our factory in Berlin, Germany, occupies over 1000 sqm (including 200 sqm for clean room). We have state-of-the-art production facilities, technologies and processes such as liquid phase epitaxy, metallization, photo-lithography, grinding, dicing and 100 % final testing. Our well-trained and experienced staff is dedicated to producing optoelectronic chips in small and medium size series with high quality and reliability.
Our products are used in medical, automotive, photo, security and sensor applications and can be purchased as bare chips, in standard and customised packages and as high-power modules.
The Thermo Scientific™ ARL™ EQUINOX 3000 X-ray Diffractometer for research enables accurate measurements.
KLA’s Filmetrics F40 allows you to transform your benchtop microscope into an instrument to measure thickness and refractive index.
This product profile describes the properties and applications of the ProMetric® I-SC Solution Imaging Colorimeter.
