Our semiconductor division focus on developing Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) with its emphasis on Infrared (IR) and high brightness visible LED series along with matching silicon and InGaAs photodiode and phototransistors. High speed and large area detectors are in our standard line. In order provide the highest customer service level we provide design services and manufacture strictly according to customer desired specification. The AlGaAs, AlInGaP, InGaN LED chips with low power consumption and long operation life are dedicated, but not limited to military, medical, telecom and industrial customers.
For optical communications over Plastic Optical Fiber (POF) in applications such as IEEE1394b and 155 Mbps ATM we offer Resonant Cavity Surface-Emitting LED (RCLED) devices and Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) with a high power output and modulation speed. 1310nm LED dies are available.
For the illumination purposes we offer a broad range of packaged devices. Through hole and leadframes (incl. sidelookers) are available in many sizes and configurations. The dies can be mounted on TO can (TO-46, TO-56, TO-8 header). For reflow soldering the chips are offered in surface mount technology (SMD).
Bare dice and chip arrays are mounted in C.O.B (chip on board) techinque. For an information display we offer LED displays along with LCD displays.
