Laser Technology Inc. is a company devoted to the design and manufacture of innovative laser-based speed and distance measurement instruments, using ISO compliant and continuous improvement techniques. We maintain an intense focus on providing laser measurement technologies which address real world needs and applications, including speed enforcement, accident investigation, forestry, mining, utilities and surveying to name a few.
Founded in 1985, our early years were given over to developing and producing Laser Based Hydrographic Systems for use in dredging surveys of harbors and shipping channels. The pulse laser research involved with our original project led to our expanding the use of this technology into other applications, including our introduction of the world's first commercial laser speed detection unit and a custom space station docking system for NASA.
