EVT Announces Development of Intelligent Thermography-Camera

EVT has developed an intelligent Thermography-Camera. The EyeCheck Thermo smart camera is based on the camera technology of the SAITIS-640 IR-Camera by DST CONTROL and the software-knowhow of EVT.

In the compact housing is a freely programmable FPGA. The integrated ZYNQ board Raze1-30 is at the customers disposal. It is also possible to use different ZYNQ boards, corresponding to the needs and wishes of the customer.

The EyeCheck Thermo has 8 in- and 8 outputs and has a toleranz of up to 24V. On customers demand he can choose between Raze1-15 and Raze1-30, depending on how powerful the FPGA should be.

Also the intelligent camera has 8 in- and 8 outputs, which makes the camera optimally used in all industrial areas.

The EyeCheck Thermo is available with the resolutions 320 x 240 (EC Thermo 800) and 640 x 480 (EC Thermo 1000).

And also with the additional thermography command set complex applications for the thermal imaging area can be solved quite easily. For this reason a variety of tasks from the thermal imaging environment can be handled via easy drag-and-drop-programming.

In addition to the new command set the user has the complete command set of the EyeVision software at their disposal.

Typical applications are in the automotive industry e.g. for inspection of the crude steel quality or in the cement industry e.g. the inspection of the efficiency of revolving cylindrical furnace. Also there are the applications in the food and beverage industry, in bottling plants or in production, transport, storage and selling of perishable products.
