Orbel can now ship your precision parts in as little as 24 hours upon receipt of your specifications. Using your DXF or Auto Cad file, Orbel develops the working artwork and the photo tool. Parts are than precision etched using photo chemical milling. Immediately upon completion, etched parts are tested for accuracy and, pending approval, forwarded on to the electroplating process.
Performing operations simultaneously and testing output continuously permits Orbel to immediately resolve any technical issues that may occur in one process without compromising the integrity of other processes.
