Teledyne DALSA to Display Latest Cameras and Machine Vision Solutions at Automate 2013

Teledyne DALSA, a Teledyne Technologies company and a global leader in machine vision technology, will showcase its latest cameras and machine vision solutions at Automate 2013 in Chicago, Illinois January 21-24, 2013. Automate is the largest solutions-based exhibition of automation technologies in North America and showcases the full spectrum of automation technologies and solutions for a broad array of industries.

The new GEVA-300 is a fanless, compact vision system for multi-camera applications.

Teledyne DALSA will display and demo its smart, line scan and area scan cameras, as well as its Vision Appliance, and vision processor solutions in booth 448:

Smart Cameras and Vision Appliances
Teledyne DALSA’s BOA Pro™ smart camera combined with our advanced Sherlock™ inspection software delivers a robust and easy-to-use, single-point vision solution for the factory floor (now supports PROFINET IO). Teledyne DALSA will also feature its new GEVA-300, a compact vision system for GigE-based, multipoint inspection.

Programmable Camera and Vision Processors
Attendees can discover Teledyne DALSA’s Icon™ user programmable camera series for OEMs and its most advanced image processor, the Xcelera CL-VX4 featuring Sapera™ APF user-programmable FPGA interface.

Color Image Capture and Processing
Teledyne DALSA is leading the industry with innovative area and line scan color cameras based on its proprietary CMOS sensor technology. The Piranha4™ multi-line scan camera series (1k to 8k pixel resolutions) along with the Genie TS GigE Vision area scan camera, featuring VGA to 12M resolution, will be showcased at this event.
