ProPhotonix has expanded its product line with the inclusion of new products in four product categories that comprise SpecBright’s RingLights, AreaLights, Spotlights and LineLights.
The latest products were manufactured with new IR and UV wavelengths and improved optical configurations. New advancements have been included in the LED technology by engineers from ProPhotonix, thus increasing the intensity of the new product line and providing end-users with a wide variety of options.
The new advancements introduced by ProPhotonix in its SpecBright products include:
- 395 nm and 365 nm SpecBright RingLights along with UV.
- 870 nm SpecBright AreaLights producing up to five times the intensity in comparison with their previous intensity levels.
- SpecBright Spotlights featuring up to three times the intensity in comparison with the previously stated intensity. These spotlights also have two new diffuser options that can be used when a uniform spot is required. The SpecBright Spotlights are available in White and UV.
- SpecBright LineLights available in three wavelength dimensions that include 395 nm, 870 nm and 370 nm. These lights have seven times the intensity in comparison with the previously stated intensity and they also have a broad beam option.
The CEO and Chairman of ProPhotonix, Mark W. Blodgett stated that the end-user, vision integrators and OEMs can avail benefits from the company’s new product line that offers higher and brighter performance illuminators. The chip-on-board technology utilized by SpecBrights enables the company to satisfy the customer’s requirement for compact, uniform and high intensity illuminators.
