Toshiba Unveils Mobile LCD Monitor with USB Technology

Toshiba America Information Systems has introduced a 14” USB-powered Mobile LCD Monitor that can be used as an external display with any Windows-based PC or laptop. The Toshiba Mobile Monitor is powered by DisplayLink USB technology.

The Mobile Monitor eliminates the need for a bulky projector and enables students and business people to conduct presentations on the spot. The monitor’s USB cable remains safely enclosed in a carrying case made from black vinyl. The carrying case can be set into an adjustable stand to enable various viewing positions.

The Toshiba Mobile Monitor features a LCD panel and a widescreen display of 1366x768 resolutions to deliver pictures of high clarity. The portable monitor is less than 1” thick and weighs around 2.8 pounds. It fits effortlessly in most laptop bags. The USB-powered monitor removes the need for taking a video cable or AC adapter.
