Ricoh Americas, a company that produces advanced digital office machines and document management solutions and services, has declared that the Aficio SP C320DN color laser printer is now available in the market.
The SP C320DN is fast and more efficient than the previous versions. It offers a host of new features such as ECO Night Sensor and Economy Color Mode that provide significant cost savings to the organizations.
With the Economy Color Mode feature, the Aficio SP C320DN enables companies to scrutinize, manage and improve efficiency by allowing users to print, draft or assess quality documents based on their demand. The Aficio SP C320DN allows businesses to print color documents with 1,200 dpi resolution. Other features of the printer include increased output speed, fast workflow movement and reduced wastage of time, as it eliminates the time spent on paper replenishment
The Aficio SP C320DN also comes equipped with a series of security features in addition to the standard features such as user authentication and built-in network encryption. For enhanced security purposes, businesses can make use of an optional Hard Disk Drive that are provided with Ricoh's DataOverwriteSecurity System for effectively overwriting the data on the Hard Disk Drive after each print job.
