Xicato, a solid state lighting company, has rolled out a new range of luminaires for general lighting applications. The Xicato Spot Module series offers a flux of 2000 lm and an efficiency of 50%.

The 2000 and 1300 lm luminaires exhibit a CRI of above 80, CCTs of 4000K, 3000K and 2700K. They deliver maximum efficiencies of 78lm/W that depends on the drive current. In addition, the modules feature a same small form factor with no changes in their interfaces.
The Xicato Spot modules provide enhanced color rendering, color point stability and uniform light distribution. They luminaries can compete with CFL downlighters in public, hospitality and office environments. Furthermore, they offer enhanced Accent Factors with 750 lux background illumination levels for retail applications.
