Burton Medical Unveils Light Caress Fixtures for Healthcare Professionals

Manufacturer of surgical lighting instruments, Burton Medical has launched new fixtures that provide various lamps configurations to suit different applications.

The Light Caress XC, PC and AC fixtures include a complete set of lighting features in a single entity for acute care patient rooms for healthcare professionals and patients.

Light Caress AC fixture

The Light Caress PC fixture combines conventional look with performance and functions for advanced design patient rooms. The architectural woodwork and extruded aluminum housing of the fixture support dual 3500K T8 fluorescent bulbs in two compartments for indirect and direct illumination.

The Light Caress AC features a new design with 4’’ distance from the wall to reduce interference with the other devices. It includes two individual lamp compartments for reading and ambient lighting. In addition, the fixture is CETL and ETL listed and incorporates a night light reside and an LED chart light within its end cap.

Burton Medical’s Light Caress XC has a three-piece assembly to reduce cleaning, servicing and installation. The fixture features an extruded aluminum body with die cast aluminum end caps and a smooth form to enable long life and minimize the visual impact on the wall.
