United LED Shan Dong Place Multi-Tool Order for Veeco TurboDisc K465i

Veeco Instruments Inc. (Nasdaq: VECO) announced today that United LED Shan Dong Corp., (ULED) a China-based joint venture between United Microelectronics Corp (UMC) and Epistar, has placed a multi-tool order for Veeco's TurboDisc(R) K465i(TM) Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) Systems.
