Integral Vision, Inc., a leading global supplier of automated display inspection technology, today announced it has received an order for the Company's SharpEye(TM) system from a leading Chinese global manufacturer of LCD panels. This represents the initial order stemming from the requirement by a major domestic computer manufacturer that the entirety of its LCD supplier base must utilize the SharpEye system in the inspection and grading process of incoming displays prior to delivery. The SharpEye product provides analysis of defects in the display to assure quality in the manufacturing process.

"We are very pleased to receive this order," said Charles J. Drake, chairman and CEO of Integral Vision, Inc. "This system order represents the initial flow of sales resulting from our customer's determination that its incoming displays must be inspected with our SharpEye system prior to shipment. Our customer has stipulated that its LCD suppliers will be required to adopt the resulting effect specifications. We expect these specifications to generate system sales for Integral Vision from all of the LCD suppliers to this large company. Compliance to this specification should generate sales for Integral Vision in Taiwan, Korea, Japan and China."
