Built for Industry 4.0, the Mikrotron MotionBLITZ Quad1.1S GigE recording camera demonstrates all the qualities necessary to inspect, monitor and control manufacturing processes. The MotionBLITZ Quad1.1S can be mounted inside dense machinery, measuring only 65 x 65 x 120 mm, yet is rugged enough to withstand extreme vibrations, shocks, and temperatures from -10° to 45 °C.

Once installed, the MotionBLITZ Quad1.1S will acquire 1280 x 864 pixel images at 2,500 frames-per-second (fps). This enables the detection of machine defects or tool wear, the tracking of material flow, the precise guiding of automated systems, or the identifying of leaks, cracks and overheating. It provides the visual data necessary for analysis, process optimization, and machine learning.
The Luxima LUX13HS 1.1-megapixel CMOS area sensor boasts a global shutter and large 13.7 x 13.7 µm pixels to provide the MotionBLITZ Quad1.1S with higher sensitivity to light and improved signal-to-noise ratio. In addition, its GigE Vision interface makes it simple to integrate using standard Ethernet connectivity. Thanks to a built-in ring buffer, the Mikrotron MotionBLITZ Quad1.1S can be deployed with or without connecting to a host PC, recording up to 4.96 seconds at full resolution and speed on its internal 16 GB SDRAM storage.
Extending camera versatility is a suite of exposure and trigger modes, AOI, shading and defect pixel correction, and user-selectable frame rates up to 16,8879 fps at reduced resolutions.
Mikrotron offers the Quad1.1S line in several models safeguarded in IP30 metal housings. Most models are compatible with standard C-Mount lenses.
