Cosmetic surgery specialist, The Harley Medical Group, reports that the demand for Laser Hair Removal, a non-surgical procedure, has increased to 23% this summer. The procedure is more popular among men and women in their late 20s to 40s.
The Harley Medical Group utilizes the YAG laser hair removal technique for darker skin, the Alexandrite laser for lighter skin and the Isolaz laser for all skin types. All the lasers enter deep inside the skin and when the heat increases, the hair follicles become weak and results in efficient hair removal. An invisible laser ray searches for the hair’s dark pigmentation and directs the beam at the root of the hair follicle to destroy it. The treatment provides a permanent hair reduction solution and is almost pain-free.
