Viper Networks, Apollo Receive Intelligent LED Streetlights Order for Pilot Project in Lebanon

Viper Networks, Inc., is pleased to announce that the Company (in partnership with Apollo Metro Solutions, Inc.) received an order for their Intelligent LED Streetlights for a Pilot project in Lebanon from the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities of the Lebanese Republic.

The estimated time period to complete the short-term pilot project is 2 to 4 weeks, which is slated to confirm the LED Street Lights operational reliability with the smart grid wireless control units for LED Street Lighting. Several years of testing with various domestic and foreign municipalities have already proven that Apollo Metro's Intelligent LED Street lighting technology with Wireless Street Light Controller consumes 65 to 80 percent less energy than traditional lamps.

Furthermore, even greater savings can be achieved by the addition of Apollo Metro's remote monitoring and control features. The integrated Wireless Street Light Control fits inside the Apollo fixture and provides a visual indication of all Apollo Metro street lights.

With the short-term pilot project commencing shortly, the Company is well along in the process of securing potentially favorable terms to finance the initial contract period, which is expected to run from 12 to 24 months and run into the tens of millions of U.S. dollars.

Viper Networks has had a well-established office in Lebanon for years now. Over time this has allowed the Company to build vital relationships within the proper government channels for demonstrating LED Roadway Lighting product quality and commitment to excellence.
