Larson Electronics has released a new LED hunting spotlight designed to provide hunters and outdoorsmen with a versatile and powerful alternative to fragile halogen spotlights. Designed to mount to the round bars and cages common to hunting ATV’s, the BCML-LED-21R Bar Clamp Mount Spotlight offers high power and versatility in a rugged and easy to operate design.
The BCML-LED-21R bar clamp mount spotlight from Larson Electronics is an ideal alternative to halogen spotlights that offers greater efficiency and durability in a convenient bar clamp mounted post style spotlight design. Featuring high output LEDs and an innovative bar clamp secured post mount assembly, this LED spotlight is designed to allow manual operations without leaving the interior of the ATV. The round housing on this hunting spotlight is constructed of aluminum and fitted with an unbreakable polycarbonate lens for resistance to damage from impacts. The LED assembly is cool running and has a 50,000 hour rated operating life, making it far longer lived than comparable 50 watt halogen spotlights. The post style bar clamp mount resembles those used on police patrol cars, but is designed to be mounted to the tubing, railing, and cages commonly found on ATV’s. Users can mount the assembly to any acceptable rail and then operate the light using the post mounted handle to control its movement. This LED spotlight is efficient, pulling only 21 watts at 1.6 amps from a 12 volt electrical system, and is capable of running directly from any voltage ranging from 9 to 32 VDC. The weather proof and IP67 rated waterproof design of this light combined with hits high power and versatility makes it ideal for hunting and field use, and can run for hours without draining batteries while standing up to the rigors of off road travel.
