GenLED Lighting releases the Remote Adjustable Track Light system (RATL) designed specifically for the retail environment at Global Shop.
The track lighting system enables users to direct lights on merchandise with the pan-and-tilt mechanism. Users who seek focused illumination can use these track lighting fixtures.
RATL comprises a handheld equipment with remote sensing capabilities, a track head, and a linear track. The remote aiming equipment enables users to rotate the pan and tilt lighting system mounted on the track head. When retail stores rearrange or relocate the merchandise, the track lighting can be conveniently adjusted accordingly.
Unlike traditional lighting systems, where the merchandiser is expected to use ladders to make the adjustments, the RATL can be operated remotely to rotate the housing to a particular position and fix the illumination.
The standard version of RATL features a linear track that delivers a power of 120V AC and is found to be compatible with metal halide PAR lamps or screw-based halogen lamps. The LED version of RATL features GenLED Lighting's patent pending PoinGEN technology.
