Schneider-Kreuznach, in collaboration with Volpi, announced that it will manufacture sophisticated LED illumination solutions in the near future. Schneider-Kreuznach develops photographic lenses, cinema projection lenses and industrial optical solutions.
The UltraLED illumination system is ideal for optimizing machine-vision applications. It can be utilized to test the solar cells automatically. The illumination system is also suitable for semiconductor technology and medical technology applications.
Schneider-Kreuznach showcased the UltraLED illumination solution at the VISION 2010 Expo that was held in Stuttgart. The company is manufacturing customized LED solutions for applications that require high levels of precision and brightness.
Schneider Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Josef Staub stated that the company is providing LED illumination solutions that capture the photographic lenses’ potential completely.
Volpi’s Chief Executive Officer, Max Kunz added that the company will adapt the LED illumination solution to suit the needs of specific applications.
