Imaging Diagnostic Systems Secures Deposits for Laser-Based Breast Imaging Systems

Imaging Diagnostic Systems, a company specializing in laser breast imaging, has obtained deposits for two laser-based breast imaging systems from Mukesh Jain of Jainsons, the company’s distributor for Indonesia and India.

The CTLM imaging system offers clinical and physiological data to physicians in a non-invasive way and without using ionizing radiation.

The laser beam scans the patient’s body in 360° starting from the chest wall to the breast. The CTLM system has Multiplanar and 3D views that show the blood supply distribution in the vasculature structures of the patient’s breast. A trained radiologist can interpret this information to determine the diagnosis.

The first laser based breast imaging system was recently installed at an imaging center in Ahmedabad, India. The next system is scheduled to be installed in January 2011. The CTLM system has obtained licenses and certification for FDA export, ISO 13485:2003, ISO 9001:2000, UL, China SFDA, CMDCAS Canadian License and European CE marking.
