Jenoptik’s Lasers & Material Processing division announced that it has extended the existing distribution agreement with RPMC Lasers. RPMC, in addition to the semiconductor material and high-power diode lasers, is also a partner for the laser product division.
RPMC will now be able to provide all kinds of lasers present in the solid-state laser division. RPMC will also be an exclusive distributor for all kinds of Jenoptik laser sources in North America. Under the agreement, Jenoptik will share the overall technology group of laser sources with consumers present in the North American segment.
Jenoptik laser sources comprise high-brightness modules, fiber-coupled diode lasers, horizontal and vertical diode laser stacks, diode lasers without or with collimation, and single emitters. Recent additions to the laser sources include high-power laser systems in CW or pulsed mode, fiber lasers, femtosecond lasers, infrared lasers, and diode-pumped thin-disk lasers.
