Producer of UV-visible-NIR microscopes, CRAIC Technologies has launched a new spectrophotometer called the 308 FPD that examines the relative intensity and color of individual pixels of microdisplays.
308 FPD
The spectrophotometer is suitable for using in production environment and can use advanced data analysis tools, touch screen controls and automated measurement capabilities.
The 308 FPD can be connected to a microscope or probe station and aids users to achieve relative intensity and color data comparisons for all types of flat panel displays. The spectrophotometer integrates Lightblades spectrophotometers with advanced software and optics to allow users to determine film thickness, light intensity, colorimetry and spectra on the micron level.
The spectrophotometer can map the differences due to mura and can also map the spectral variations in one pixel. It can also conduct pixel-to-pixel comparisons. The spectrophotometer, equipped with a QDI FilmPro software, can determine both cell gap thin film thicknesses.
