Manufacturer of Magnalight LED lighting, Larson Electronics has launched a new 72 W waterproof LED blasting light, called the BL24-LED. The LED blasting light offers brightness of 4320 lm, and it features a military grade cast casing.

The low voltage BL24-LED comprises a pivoting bracket mount and a magnetic base. It draws 2 A of current on 12 V DC and less than ¼ A on 120 V. The bracket mount of the LED blasting light allows the operator to place the light in approximately 360°of beam angles. The BL24-LED is available in 9 - 42 V DC, or 120 - 277 V AC. The 120-277 V AC blasting lights are equipped with DCP-11-DP inline system.
Larson Electronics manufactures various Magnalight LED lighting such as vehicle mount infrared LED lighting, LED fluorescent light replacements, portable LED lighting, and explosion proof LED lights.
Rob Bresnahan of Larson Electronics’ magnalight.com stated that operators can place the BL24-LED at their back to light the manway, vessel, or tank. He added that the company also offers adhesive-backed Mylar lens covers to protect the lens from scratches.
