A Pro Mach division, ID Technology has designed the new ST1000 wrap labeling system that has a built-in iCON laser coder. The labeling system enables the marking of a lot or date code onto a label before applying the label to a product.

The wrap labeling system is suitable for applying various shapes and sizes of pressure sensitive labels. The full featured label applicator achieves a maximum speed of 1,000'' of label web per minute, and features a variable speed motor.
The iCON laser is placed in-line with the labeling system, for coding. An integrated touch screen interface, along with a remote controller option, controls the operation of the system. The iCON laser is designed for applications involving small character coding in industrial products and packaged goods. In these applications, the iCON laser provides a laser alternative, which is non-expensive, to inkjet. The labeling system is an ideal solution to add variable data to a preprinted label.
