Absolute measurement inline metrology equipment is preferred over relative measurement systems by these users.
Offering high-functionality solutions at lower costs, however, affects overall market revenues. Moreover, customers who are not well-versed with the advanced technologies in blue-light and white-light scanners are raising concerns over their reliability.
