Magnalight from Larson Electronics has launched the MUL LED 10W 16CP LED light. The LED light is portable and has a magnetic base coupled with a plug for cigarette lighters.

The light comprises a Seoul Z-power LED light with a 10W output and a reflector having a capacity of 900 lm, on top of a rugged plastic handle.
The magnetic base weighs around 45 kgs. The beam created by the light has the ability to reach a distance of up to 240 ft. The light’s head has an equal keight and width of 2 in and in spite of being compact is powerful.
The light is made from polycarbonate lens that resist shatters and aluminium and is waterproof, wind and debris proof. The light is accompanied with a coil measuring 16 ft in length and is attached to a cigarette plug adapter. This provision enables the light to be connected to the cigarette plug socket of any equipment or vehicle. The light can also work under any voltage ranging from 9 to 48 VDC. This means that the light does not require a converter, transformer or any other additional accessory. The light also has a hinge which allows the user to position the light according to his needs. Since the light does not require high amounts of power, it can be operated for long periods of time without battery wastage.
The LED light was initially built for the military and is IP68 rated. The low voltage light which draws only 1 A can also be changed to red, green, amber or blue. All the above features make the light ideal for use as a spot light, work light or hunting light.
