Digital Lumens Unveils LED Intelligent Light Engines for Highbay Applications
Digital Lumens, a developer of LED-based integrated Intelligent Lighting Systems, has unveiled new intelligent light engines (ILEs) with 15,000 lm capacity for industrial applications having high ceilings.
The ILEs are designed for mid-bay and high-bay lighting applications that require wider spacing between fixtures and higher foot-candles. They increase the light delivered by over 50%. The ILEs can replace 400 W HPS, HIF and HID lighting fixtures for high-bays and the system-wide intelligence can reduce usage of lighting energy by 90%.
Digital Lumens has also launched a new version of its lighting management software, LightRules. The software allows users to manage their lighting resources effectively, and the latest version features added capabilities for managing deployments in large facilities. LightRules has a calendar view designed for managing and scheduling lighting profiles and programs. The software includes superior diagnostic tools for performance monitoring of systems. It also facilitates export of data in different types of file formats. Availability of the data in csv spreadsheet files enables simpler measurement and verification for utility rebate programs. LightRules allows movement of lights wirelessly between networks and supports enabling improvement and changes in the lighting resources.
The Digital Lumens Intelligent Lighting System can be used in new constructions and as 1:1 retrofits for legacy fixtures.
