Kumho Electric has launched a LED lamp called the Earthcare Direct Replacement LED T8, which can be fixed with an already-in-use fluorescent luminaire easily, while eliminating the expensive, time-taking re-wiring process of T8 luminaires to house an LED lamp.
The Earthcare T8 LED features eco-friendly parts, resulting in an increase in the operating life of the product. By utilizing regular dimmable T8 ballasts, the product’s patented, sophisticated design offers complete dimming control. It generates a beam of 110° to offer luminosity with no glare or hot spots, resulting in uniformity.
The LED consumes one-third the power of a conventional linear T8. It sustains its brightness with low lumen downgrading throughout its rated life of 50,000 h. It decreases building cooling systems’ load, as it functions at a modest temperature. It is devoid of mercury and does not generate UV light.
Kumho Electric offers the Earthcare T8 LED in color temperature range, including 3500 K, 4100 K and 5000 K. It is ideal for challenging purposes, including high-vibration conditions, freezer/ refrigerator cases and intricate locations. It is also suitable for applications such as merchandise displays and general lighting purposes.
